Hendricks Pharmacy International Travel Health Clinic

Are you traveling outside of the USA, perhaps to Central America, South America, Asia, or Africa? Hendricks Pharmacy now offers an International Travel Health Clinic that specializes in your travel needs, including yellow fever vaccination. All patient recommendations and vaccinations are performed by appointment only. There are two ways to make an appointment with the Hendricks Pharmacy International Travel Health Clinic:

1. Contact the clinic at Travel@HendricksPharmacy.com to request an appointment. You will need to include your first and last name in your email request. The clinic will send you a personal link to create your own patient file.

OR

2. Download the Travel History Form, completely fill it out, and return it to Hendricks Pharmacy.
